PLAN A  

• Two annual visits (2-three day visits about six months apart)

$7,000 per annum

PLAN B  

• Three annual visits (A three-day visit, followed by two one-day visits about four months apart)

$7,500 per annum

PLAN C  

• A retainer arrangement, aiding not only in the development of staff members, but also assistance in talent evaluation throughout the year,

using video review and personal discussion.  Number of visits and terms to be negotiated.
