This
personal, direct approach will focus on the four characteristics necessary
to achieve success:
On-Air Presentation
Writing and Packaging
Reporting and News Gathering
Preparation
"The
anchor should take a certain attitude to the studio," says John.
"One built on confidence, education, preparation and hard work.
We will help talent find the correct path to his or her best performance,
both philosophically and technically."
One,
two and three-day seminars for television stations working with
staff on a one-on-one basis, videotape review, a discussion of philosophy,
of work habits, of how to prepare, etc. We specialize in stations with
young staffs, with reporters and anchors who need some crafting in all
areas of the broadcast business.
VARIETY OF PLANS

The station
visits are followed within about two weeks by a written
evaluation of each person with whom we meet. There will be a personalized
report for both the news director and the talent.
Individuals
with whom we work are always encouraged to continue communication with
us. We're available to answer questions and give advice at any time.
